Chapter Two — Over the Sea
Chapter Two — Over and Under the Waves
Hey folks! I’m posting a bit early this week, because by tomorrow afternoon, I’ll be on my way to VanCAF — the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival! If you’re in Vancouver, drop by (it’s a free festival) and see me in Hall 1 at table G3! Tell me you follow this comic and get a free postcard map of the world of Mermaid Music, and a big grin from me!

Page 53 — Introducing Whelk of the Octopus clan, Gull of the Anemone clan, and Chirikik of the Fins. Hands and Fins can do so many things for each other… in this case they can get each other in trouble!
First post on the new schedule — in case you missed it, I’m now updating on Fridays instead of Mondays, around about 3 pm Pacific Time. Please let me know how this works for you! I’d also love to hear feedback from people about the new characters and new threads I’ve been weaving into the story, and I’ve been experimenting a bit with the art — tell me what you think! I love comments!
Chapter Two — Under the Waves

Mermaids at last! Or should I say — mer-folk? It will do until we find out what they call themselves…
I’m really excited about this page— I’ve been itching to start drawing the mer-folk, but it wasn’t time yet — and now it is! And wouldn’t you know it, it’s a couple of teenage delinquents on remedial duty. Find out more about who they are and why they are following the ship in the next few pages.
